By submitting this form I acknowledge that I understand the following rules about using the La Plata room in the Wesley Commons at Summit Church.
Someone representing my organization will be available in the room before and after all four services (Saturday 5:30pm & Sunday 9am, 10:30am, 11:55am) to answer questions and direct congregants through their next steps if they are interested.
My organization will only set up in the La Plata room, and not bleed out into the Wesley Commons area.
Representatives running the room will shut down promotion once the first set of worship songs end as not to be distracting, and will not promote again until each service is over.
My organization will not hang or stick anything onto the walls in the La Plata Room.
If my organization is accepting donations (i.e. food drive items, clothing donations, etc.) we will plan to move those items out of the room by Sunday evening of my requested weekend.
I understand that if I am requesting more than one weekend for my organization, I will only be approved for up to 3 weekends.
I understand that if I am requesting more than one weekend for my organization, we still have to pack and clean up the La Plata Room every weekend as the room is used throughout the work-week.
I understand that this form is a request only, and someone from Summit Church will reach out to approve, deny, or ask further questions about my organization and promotion.
